01 — How I help

Services from the first AI decision to production

Whether you need strategic clarity, a focused proof of concept, a production-ready AI solution, or practical team training, start with the service that matches your stage.

01

AI Decision Fit Check20 minutes

A short, focused conversation to decide whether your problem is worth a deeper AI advisory assessment—and whether I am the right fit.

  • — Initial fit assessment
  • — Clarified decision question
  • — Recommended next step
  • — Clear no-fit signal when AI is not the answer
02

Process-to-AI Opportunity AuditScoped after the fit check

A bounded assessment of one business process to identify where AI may create value, what must be ready first, and which opportunities should be prioritized, deferred, or rejected.

  • — Current-state process map
  • — Opportunity shortlist
  • — Value-readiness-risk assessment
  • — Prioritized recommendation and next-step brief
03

AI Vendor Proposal ReviewAbout 1 week

An independent review of an AI implementation proposal before you sign—focused on gaps, underestimated costs, risks, questions for the vendor, and terms worth negotiating.

  • — Scope and gap review
  • — Cost and assumption review
  • — Risk and governance questions
  • — Vendor negotiation checklist
  • — Proceed-revise-defer recommendation
04

AI Solution Decision SprintScoped after the fit check

A structured advisory sprint to compare AI, non-AI, buy, build, or redesign options and make a defensible decision before implementation.

  • — Decision criteria
  • — Option comparison
  • — Readiness and risk review
  • — Recommended path
  • — Requirements and implementation handoff brief
02 — How I work

Understand the process first. Then decide, then build.

Every engagement starts with how the work actually happens today. The output is a decision you can defend — and, when building makes sense, a solution taken from proof of concept to production.

Step 01

Understand

We start with the workflow that causes delay, rework, or inconsistent answers, and the decision you need to make about it.

Step 02

Assess

I map the process and the knowledge behind it, then weigh business value, readiness, total cost, privacy, governance, risk, and adoption.

Step 03

Decide

You get a clear recommendation — proceed, redesign, defer, or stop — with the reasoning written down so your team can stand behind it.

Step 04

Build

If building makes sense, I take the solution from proof of concept to production with your team — or hand a clear brief to your internal team or a vendor. Your choice.

06 — Common questions

Before you book a discovery call.

Q.01How do we know if AI is actually the right fit for our workflow?
We start with a free 30-minute discovery call. If the problem is worth a deeper look, a scoped assessment covers the process, data, readiness, risk, and total cost. If AI is not the right answer, I will say so before you spend anything on a build. The honest "no" is often the most valuable outcome.
Q.02Do you implement the solution?
Yes, when it makes sense. Every engagement starts with the decision, and the recommendation is never tied to a build. If building is the right call, I take the solution from proof of concept to production with your team — or, if you prefer, hand off a clear brief your internal team or a vendor can execute.
Q.03How do we agree on the scope of work?
Every service is bounded. After the discovery call we agree on the workflow in scope, the deliverables, the timeline, and the cost before any work begins.
Q.04Do you work with non-technical leaders and operations teams?
Yes. You know your business; you do not need to know the technology. Tell me where work gets stuck and I will explain the options, costs, risks, and trade-offs in plain language — in Arabic or English.
Q.05Where are you based and who do you work with?
I'm based in Cairo, Egypt, and work remotely with organizations across MENA. Engagements run in Arabic or English.
